Pilot your ship through six dangerous, extraterrestrial worlds that demand the utmost in reaction time and weapon use. Speed through the unknown while blasting meteors, other space ships, and creatures on a destructive mission.
Weapons of Choice
Armed with a plasma gun, flamethrower, and ice cannon, not to mention a unique and indispensable gravity gun, you must gather rings to purchase various upgrades for your ship. This ensures you remain a formidable threat to any enenmy who wanders into range.
Choosing the proper weapons requires knowledge of your target. Pay attention to the enemy and switch weapons quickly ensuring you're doing the right kind of damage. The flamethrowers are most effective on the ice meteors just as ice bullets are most effective on fiery meteors--and the gravity gun, well, let's just say it easily attracts the enemy.
Field of Vision
The birds-eye view of your ship and its surroundings provide a clear field of vision allowing optimum response time for immediate dangers. Dodge the falling meteors by avoiding the targets which appear just before they come crashing down.
Controlling Your Ship
Meteor Blitz is a dual-thumb shooter played in landscape only. Control your ship using the left joy-stick and control your weapons and shooting using the right joy-stick. Tap the bar to boost, and the handle to switch weapons. Boosts accelerate your ship for a brief moment. It will recharge after use and turn green once it's ready again. You won't be fighting controls in this game; they are quick, responsive, and ready when you are.
The user-friendly interface is ideal for the fast-paced, adrenalin junkie. Pause just by lifting your thumb from the control. No searching for the pause button while meteors are falling and aliens are taking over. Game sessions are auto-saved and always return where each player left off.
Meteor Blitz offers an Arcade and Survival mode. Compete for high scores on the global leaderboard which updates in-game and in real time.
